Private plans for federal employees and retirees

You've built a career serving others. Some insurance carriers offer group plans that only federal employees can join, and we help you see whether they belong in your family's plan: explained in plain English, compared with the coverage you already have, with help enrolling if they're a good fit.

What we offer

Which plans are open to you depends on your agency, your age and where you live. On one call, we'll show you every option that fits.

How payroll allotment works

An allotment is a voluntary deduction you set up from your federal paycheck. Once it's in place, your premiums are paid automatically each pay period, so there's nothing to remember. Using one is your choice, you can stop it, and it does not make a plan a government plan.

Carriers confirm eligibility with proof of federal employment. We'll tell you exactly which forms your plan uses and help you complete each one, including the allotment.

Who we are, and who we are not

Premier Protection is a family owned, independent and licensed insurance agency. We are privately owned and not part of the government, and the plans we offer are separate from FEGLI and every other federal benefit program. Learn more about us.
